What Happened to Respect?

“Man Accused of Firing at Sheriff’s Deputy” This was the headline on the front page of my local newspaper. A patrolling Deputy, fulfilling his duty to “protect and serve” was trying to stop a 19-year-old “man” in his car on a city street. The gunman stepped out of his car with a rifle and shot at the Deputy’s vehicle 15 times. The Deputy survived the ordeal and the gunman later was taken into custody. Loving Words of Endearment

Words have extraordinary power. They can affect our mood and disposition. What is expressed to us can make us feel warm and fuzzy or irritate and upset us. A Role Model Worth Having

Did you have a good role model to follow when you were growing up? Our children need a loving and true family role model to follow in their developing years. This will help them grow up to be a stable contributor to society and raise respectable families to honor the family name.
